i agree wholeheartedly and also i think it doesn't register as a disability justice issue because glasses work more or less perfectly -- we only see disability where accommodations are imperfect, where they create the friction we think of as "disability"

I would urge y'all to consider 2 things: 1. Think about the month LGBTQ folks has *just had* - Trans people being made illegal in KS & ID, and now this ruling. They are scared. Scared people act out. 2. It is, among other things, of weak will to take your ball and go home during an autocracy.
