Yesterday, on the way to the grocery store, drove past a blacked out SWAT-style APC, with officers swarming a vape shop.

Had a weird dream this morning where I looked out the window and saw a bear sniffing around one of the sleeping cats

Drama in the dark

I drove one of these once. The dashboard was a vast wasteland, but the cargo and performance made the whole acceptable.

There’s a casino near my house that advertises “the best tacos”. There is a taco truck in their parking lot. It is not clear if this is an accolade or a middle finger.

Business idea, convert my house into a cat cafe, focused on nervous flyers at the nearby airport. Perhaps offer a package deal where they park here, destress with the cats, and then I shuttle them to the airport…. 🤔🐱

Building off the concept of the silent rave (everyone wears radio headphones tuned to the same channel where a DJ is broadcasting), a cabaret where patrons are given bone conduction headphones, and the dancers , so the performance is “silent” to an outside observer. 🤔😋

If I ever have pointless hobby money again, I want to master the two classes of symphonic instruments I am still missing, double-reed woodwinds and brass. I would settle for an oboe and trumpet, but really want a bassoon and a tuba.
