Trump is pushing 50-year mortgages on us saying it lowers payments, I wonder why? An obvious wealth extraction mechanism dressed as affordability. A $700,000 house at a 6.26% interest on a 50-year is over 2 million total price, 1.4 million in interest alone. Saves $380 on your monthly payment.

They're throwing millions off of health care that is so much better than nothing, but that's what we're gonna get, nothing.
