This is proactive preventive use of services. Maybe open referrals from District Nurse / UCR teams who will be able to name the people in their communities who would benefit from CGA type review?

I want to say this is relatable but I prob don’t get the jobs b/c my interview answers fail to reflect my ability. Or as the NTs say “my face doesn’t fit” It’s a shame, cause from where I’m sitting, problem solving & delivering change is exactly what senior leadership is, & I’m quite good at that 🤷🏼‍♀️

The value of SPQ district nurse is widely misunderstood. I have studied at MSc level 7, gained a PGDip in district nursing, hold a v300 non medical prescribing qualification and can lead and manage a team and the budget.

Love my garden 🪴 Boop is head gardener, she doesn’t micromanage but she certainly keeps a close eye on quality. Tulips are my favourite, closely followed by peonies… they are also growing well - updates to follow soon.
