Alright, with just under 10 minutes left to 2025, i'm proud to say i FINALLY made the PERFECT tonkotsu ramen broth! It only took 12 hours of reducing bones, BUT FOR THE FIRST YEAR, it isn't just "hot ham water." It's creamy, it's thick, and it's ready for the chashu and ramen eggs tomorrow!
