Councillors in Exeter have lodged a complaint with the City Council over 'intimidating and aggressive' behaviour by a Tory councillor. "Wearing her councillor lanyard suggested she was acting on behalf of the council. We believe her actions were a breach of the councillor’s code of conduct."

In Ceredigion, out of a population of 71,500, only 16 people objected to any of the 20mph roads managed by the county. That's just 0.02%, and shows strong public acceptance of the default 20mph limit. #20splenty making Wales an even better place to be. bit.ly/43Tn4Xf
