Just got back from seeing The Life of Chuck. After having read and loved @stephenking.bsky.social short story, the movie brought it to life perfectly. Well, I managed a 24 hour media blackout (inspired by @markhamillofficial.bsky.social). But, I just caught up on the events of yesterday via The Daily Show and BlueSky. Now, I’m wondering if I should have made it a four-year blackout. Sigh. I know it is important to stay informed, but damn.

I’ve just finished reading my 4th book in January. My 25 in 25 is well on its way. If the world keeps falling apart and I spend even less time on social media than I am now, I’ll be finished by June!

I’ve been on BlueSky for just under a week and can honestly say I’ve found my people. Facebook deteriorated so slowly in the beginning you could ignore it, but not after a week of scrolling here. I’ve found my new time-waster. LOL.
