I'm willing to negotiate/compromise. I think if preventative medicine/early treatment was *universal* that would catch a lot of things like cancers and prevent them from becoming more serious, as a result lowering overall cost of healthcare. That alone should lower premiums for what isn't covered.

I'm highly skeptical that we'll see full blown universal healthcare in this country, at least during my lifetime. But everyone should be able get routine checkups, breast and colon cancer screenings and if something is found early, treatments. That shouldn't be asking for too much of our Congress.

I'm an advocate for universal healthcare. But, even if we can't get that passed, at a minimum we should have free preventative care services. Including routine checkups and all cancer screenings and early treatments. If we at least had just that, we could prolong lives and increase quality of life.

But here's the thing, *properly prepared granite substrate. That's nearly impossible. You almost need lab conditions to make this happen. Prior to putting a primer coat on it, all moisture has to be removed from the granite, it has to be etched/scuffed and all dust removed, etc.. That's the fail.

If Rhino Liner (polyurea/polyurethane liner) was properly applied to a properly prepared granite substrate, with a compatible primer system, correct cure, correct environmental conditions, and good adhesion, then simply cutting it with a knife a few weeks later would not cause broad delamination.

If the surface material was delaminating, it was clearly already damaged. A lot of things can cause delamination, such as improper prep work before applying a product or products that are not chemically tolerant of each other (primers, paints, sealants, etc..). apnews.com/article/refl...
