The issue with data access under DSA Art. 40(4): only successful requests are published on the Commission's Data Access Portal. When it comes to rejected requests, researchers have to share information amongst themselves. That's what our data access tracker is for 👇

Last week, the EU adopted rules on data access under the DSA. The Delegated Act clarifies key procedures, but questions remain around what data will be available, how it will be protected, and how requests will be prioritized, writes Jacob van de Kerkhof.
