I don't understand how anyone can make the case that we still have constitutional government at this point. The president is collecting revenue *AND* spending money without Congressional authorization, refusing to spend money that Congress appropriated, disobeying whatever laws he feels like.

If the constitution no longer meaningfully constrains the government, it must no longer constrain the people in the coming reconstruction.
