ICYMI: We're excited to announce $50 million through our Agricultural Roads Improvement Program—funding I fought for and secured in our bipartisan state budget. These 120 projects are improving rural roads in communities across our state to help our farmers and rural economies.

In Wisconsin, BadgerCare covers about 40 percent of births. Thanks to our hard work, now, thousands of those moms and babies will have access to the postpartum care they need for one whole year after birth. It’s a big deal.

Our daughter Erin has delivered over 1,000 babies at Meriter Hospital, so it was great to have the chance to visit her at work and to hear about what expanding postpartum coverage from 60 days to a year means for moms and the care provided at Meriter.
