next aquarium update is shaping up to be the biggest one yet! 5 new fish! for context there are only 14 in the game at the moment, so this is a fairly big chunk!

gang i watched repo the genetic opera and i loved it so much barkbarkbark. its like the first musical i like. genuinely loved.

i might throw together a little game for april fools, i have a funny idea for a. bizarre pet sim, to say the least.

playing aquarium where i only keep 4 copies of a fish and dont flood the tank with fish has really shown me how frequently fish clip out of the tank. expect a fix next patch, didnt realize it was this bad because i didnt really notice some fish disappearing because i normally have a packed tank lol.

flash drives are so big for so cheap nowadays that it actually fucks me up. i don't want to put a single text file on a 128gb stick. it's too big. the file is going to get all rattled around and dinged up if i leave it in there by itself

im eternally tilted that people saw that emails sucked and used ai to replace writing and reading them, and then everyone started doing it, so now we have bots talking to bots wasting energy instead of just. maybe changing the ways we communicate professionally because it sucks.

ahhh yes. the new aquarium update. finally arrived. i didnt mention it in the patchnotes, but i did a LOT of work behind the scenes and save files are now much smaller. Each fish retains the same level of important data while being roughly a third the size.
