The trauma & ongoing chaos of an unmedicated person with the schizophrenia/bipolar disorder/psychosis in families & communities is devastating. Suggesting a fad diet as a 'cure' is cruel, stupid, dangerous and a cheap insult to all people who work hard to keep themselves or others safe and healthy.

50 years ago, I said things and made jokes about 2 very marginalized groups with no malice but pretty matter-of-factly that were wrong and hurtful. I just did not know any better.
