My 2 most cherished manic memories: Walking through a thunderstorm with the wind whipping through my long hair. Seeing lightning flash, thunder crash and feeling so elemental. Sitting in a swing alone in a park at 4am and howling at the full moon. I felt so free. Mania is differs for each person.
