A lesson learnt is that this will stretch. Which doesn’t matter so much for a belt, thankfully. I thought the 100 feet of #paracord was going to leave my belt slightly short, but it’s been growing as I use it. If you’ll be weaving in holes for the buckle, keep that in mind.

My belt is finished!! It took a very long time (and 100 yards of #paracord) to do the conquistador weave for it, but I’m absolutely stoked with it! And even better, is that now I won’t have to keep pitching up my pants. Woot! It’s possibly the most comfortable belt I’ve ever had.

Yay! I made a new watch band with paracord! This is the conquistador weave done with 2mm micro. The keeper is made with hollowed out 550 paracord.
