Out of my comfort zone but promised I’d try this 1) Massive mug of basmati in pan (not washed) 2) 2 Massive mugs of cold water 3) Bring to boil until you hit the ‘waters gone! Panic zone 4) lid on, heat off, leave for 20 mins 😬🤷🏻‍♂️

If you want a beauty of an autumnal pud, then I HIGHLY recommend this 70’s classic Absolute banger 😍 (I use treacle instead of molasses)
