The original Weltbühne was so focused on fighting the rising tide of nationalist militarism that its editor died in a Nazi concentration camp. It’s obscene on an intellectual and moral level to leverage that legacy to publish a far right activist and then get shirty about being called out for it.

The people who have hijacked the historical brand of Die Weltbühne asking the hard hitting question: "wasn't the biggest problem in Weimar Germany actually cancel culture?"
