I still have a free 5,000 BTU air conditioner window AC unit that you can just have if you want to come all the way up to almost Brooklyn center to get it. It can handle a room about 200-225 square feet on a day like this. Does not have the little accordion pieces.

Do I have any followers with trigeminal neuralgia? My mom was diagnosed with it a few weeks ago (after having the pain dismissed as TMJ for years) and is absolutely miserable. Her doctor prescribed gabapentin, but it’s not helping at all. Is there anything that can actually provide some relief?
