Popped into a local board game shop that I’ve been wanting to check out for awhile and their MTG product and accessory selection was incredible. Had to get the Rivendell deck box for my wife.

@quivertime.com the answer is yes. Only did 30% power on the 15 W diode because I didn’t want to char anything, but can confirm that the material the card case is made out of can be laser engraved!

Does anyone know if there will be an app for #MCVegas like there was for Atlanta last year? Really helped me keep organized on what was going on at the Con and where to be.

Listen to Steph because she is wise! Honestly though remember to have fun but be respectful of everyone. Think before you act and keep aware of what is going on around you, which can be a lot sometimes. Do not hesitate to speak to one of the staff or judges either if you are concerned.

Introduced my partner to the wonderful world that is Studio Ghibli yesterday, started watching Spirited Away and she asked me to pause it so we could finish it today because she was really enjoying it, but was getting sleepy.

My wife got me this LEGO version of the original Gameboy handheld system. Man this brings back memories, it’s the actual size of the original and everything feels just like the old console. A quick but nostalgic build.

Xu-Ifit win last night at the LGS played both meathooks, harnessed the Soul Stone, Twilight Diviner’d a Gray Merchant, Day of Black Sun and Living Death also cast. Magical Christmas land of a game.

It’s been almost a month since I decided to shelf the podcast, and I can say that I feel better. It may come back in one form or another in the future, but for now I’m focusing on tinkering and hopefully with the weather improving there will be time for photography again. #BetterDaysMTG

Game 3 from the LGS last night. Ugin Eye of the Storm is insane in a colorless deck, in a single turn I exiled all of my opponents threats in the board with being able to drop a bunch of artifacts for basically free. No one wanted to let me mill with the Palantir though.

Time for some deck upgrades. @infinitokens.com make some good placeholders during the process.

I know October is super far off, but when inspiration hits you gotta go with it. Dia de los Muertos MTG sugar skull pins to hand out during CoolStuffInc Con this year. Really happy with how they came out.

Convention schedule finalized for the year. I’m going to try and make 2 cons a year from here on out. If any of my friends want to get a game in or catch up I’ll be at MCVegas in May and CoolStuffInc Con in Orlando in October.
