The court was right to block these removals. These individuals were in imminent danger of spending the rest of their lives in a brutal Salvadoran prison without ever having had any due process.

Idaho passed a bill allowing local law enforcement to act as federal immigration agents without any oversight, helping to facilitate President Trump's mass deportation agenda. The ACLU of Idaho sued and a judge immediately blocked the law in court.
