ICE has historically recognized polling places as "sensitive locations" where enforcement operations are typically prohibited.

18 U.S.C. § 592 (Troops at Polls): Explicitly prohibits federal military/civil officials from having troops or armed men at polling places. 18 U.S.C. § 593 (Interference by Armed Forces): Prohibits members of the military from interfering with election officers' duties.

52 U.S.C. § 10307(a) (Voting Rights Act): Prohibits anyone acting under color of law from interfering with the right to vote. Just some research on the issue. If Trump tries it lawsuits as usual will be needed to prevent this.
