We just walked out of the state of the Union. My shirt showed Trump an important message: NO KINGS LIVE HERE. In the spirit of student protestors from the Civil Rights Movement, I’m proud to have protested and walked out with many of my colleagues. This is NOT a normal time.

Within a week Trump announced sanctions relief for Russia, 25% tariffs on Mexico and Canada, 10% on China, threatened Europe, and cut off aid to Ukraine while openly threatening Zelenskyy for not surrendering to Russia.

As we head into a new week, many people may feel anxious or angry, helpless or scared. Please know that you are not alone. And know, too, that there is always hope, even in the hardest times. Good will always rise to the top eventually. For now, here is some Cornish medicine to soothe your soul. 😊
