A recommendation for the sickos who vibe with slow, atmospheric nonsense, full of imagery that evokes Lovecraft (by way of Fulci and Rollin). DARK WATERS (1993) is full of the blasphemous gothic, slumbering ancient gods, moldering tombs, desolate cliffsides as the scene of monstrous rituals, etc

3. Detention Speaking of games that helped set the bar for Horror games, Detention is a masterpiece, set against a brutal political backdrop of 1960s Taiwan, it's a deeply effecting story that is masterfully told and spawned both film and TV adaptations. Any fan of indie horror should play this!

This movie is so goddamn good. Go watch this immediately, especially if you like Pontypool.
