There is a provision about your name needing to match your birth certificate. Married women often change their name, and therefore have to provide significantly more documentation to vote than men or unmarried women

If you’re a woman who changed her name when she got married, your name will not match your birth certificate name and you will thereby be ineligible to vote. (J.D. Vance will also have this problem.)
