I posted about a guy on Are we Dating the Same Guy and this girl responded, told me to message her and so I did. She told me all about the shitty things he did and then said she can’t go to a run club he leads now, so then we started talking about running and now we’re going for a run together.

There are 2 things about therapy every person should know: if a therapist tells you that you don’t need therapy and you’re there seeking it, fire them & find another. And if a therapist says that you are unhelpable, fire them & find another. They are wrong. You deserve the help you want and need.

Something that I have come to accept is that most of my friends in relationships are entirely unqualified to give any sort of advice on dating. Yours probably are too 🙃
