Thoughts and prayers go out to all who have been harmed or traumatized by this shooting. Pointing out, Trump acknowledged this faster than the domestic terrorism attack on CDC buildings. Note, Trump has yet to recognize the shooting of federal buildings on CDC’s main campus in GA last month.

Across the country, if you're having any trouble getting your COVID vaccine, you should be calling your representatives and letting them know that RFKs actions are making Americans less safe. People and pharmacies need better guidance. Things will only change if we speak up.

That's why, instead of saying I have an underlying medical condition, I called the offices of @govwesmoore.bsky.social, @raskin.house.gov, @vanhollen.senate.gov, and @alsobrooks.senate.gov to let them know what happened and ask them to help get out updated guidance.

Update: The MD Governors office and CVS national are now working on getting updated guidance out. In MD, as in many states, the law states that pharmacists can give anyone 3 years and older can get a COVID vaccine without a prescription and most insurance should cover it.
