IRL even though I love people I'm often not super personable or normal in social interactions at first so I struggle to warm up to people. So after this weekend I'm like jeez I wish I could have found a middle ground between awkward, cold, and obnoxious but I fear that's a skill I'll never possess.

It also does not escape me how the answer to so many of my mental and physical problems appears to be just like... A shittonne of physical therapy.

Continuing to wonder if a specialist has ever actually looked at me with their eyeballs/heard what I'm saying or if they just see a curvy woman and delete all the important information that follows.
