Communication about Multiple Myeloma is extremely difficult. Terms that are either extremely complex or vaguely dumbed down. I decided to start from the beginning and read "Hematology for Beginners" by Richard J. Brooks. It is aimed at a high school audience. Very helpful. #Myeloma

Good concept, but very dangerous to use before details are published. I’m very skeptical of myeloma MRD by flow on the blood samples and clinically dangerous to assume results are comparable to BM Euroflow NGF or adaptive BM NGS

Love hearing these cases, such huge changes in therapy now that are providing patients with the best response they have seen to date. And the plus for MM patients doing well after CAR-T, it is often the first time they are off therapy, hope things go well and you are now planning a vacation instead
