Only Donald Trump could do this - pause in the middle of prepared comments to question the writing of the person who prepared them while showing he's never stepped out for a half-gallon of milk - and not get absolutely lambasted with criticism for a major gaffe.

You can tell that generative AI is flopping because every AI commercial is just inventing a different hypothetical use case for it. "Did you know you can ask it for a good recipe?" Imagine a lawn care commercial that needed to explain what you can do on a lawn

Democrats need to begin with the truth: "My opponents' intent is destruction of the public good and theft and murder of the people who live here, which poisons even the few facts they get right; therefore, there's no point in finding common ground; we should seek only to oppose and defeat them."

I genuinely think the role of Meta specifically in driving loneliness is underrated. Facebook replaced existing ways of keeping up with friends with what was briefly a great product, then destroyed that product.

At some level, reading some sort of purpose over or onto the ongoing vandalism of the American state is doing a favor to the vandals. Picture a parent holding a screaming toddler on a crowded bus, loo...

Whether it's liberal students booing Charles Murray or conservative presidents sending innocent fathers to die in El Salvadoran torture prisons, there's been plenty of incivility on both sides of the political spectrum.
