I know I sound like old Granny Ashley yelling on her front lawn, but I miss magazines. I miss video stores. I miss music collections. I miss 22 episode television. I miss music videos. I miss when all these things provided jobs that supported people. The internet gave us a lot. It took a lot too.

I haven't been on social media much, particularly fandom social media. Just...a lot going on. Losing a spouse just leaves a trail of fuckery in your life for a long fucking time. Then I saw Chris's Insta post. And thought I'd pop in to say:

It is 100% NOT okay to use someone's original character in a fic without asking them. Have we forgotten fanfic etiquette? Maybe it's because I've been writing fic for fucking years. But seriously? Don't do that. That's not okay.
