Incompetence: DOGE purged employees, some of whom will now return after a 7 month paid vacation & being told they were superfluous. Meanwhile lots of GSA leases have expired, which will cost the govt a lot of money. Net impact so far is that gutting the GSA hurt state capacity and cost money.
