This was my experience too. There is a paper out there, where I analyzed the data, wrote the methods, and much of the results, setting the tone for what the story of the paper will be. I then went to another institution, and the paper was published without my knowledge, and without my name.

This was such a revealing manuscript. Itra is often described as "hard to tolerate." But here we find that the rate of side effects and dose limiting toxicities is lower than high dose fluconazole (data by GR Thompson).
