One of the best tips I've ever seen: if you have a person who gets confused with someone of the same name, write up a proof statement about it, and attach it to your person as a Story. The hint engine will make it show up to Ancestry users.

What the search is picking up for surname and in TOTALLY unexpected locations has been huge help. Especially in deeds recorded out of the land actual location AND estate claim mentions and releases. Geez Loueez. Have been LOVING it since spring 2024.
