#RootsTech I'm done for today, but my parting thoughts are: - being proactive in noting which records will/will not be available at a specific place & time; this helps eliminate unnecessary searches. - the importance of a research log/a record of what exactly you searched for. - timelines!

While watching the Big Air Ski competition at the #Olympics CT native Mac Forehand won silver. One announcer spoke of Mac being from “the frosty peaks of Fairfield” & I had to laugh. It’s 2 towns away from me & I can assure you: there are no peaks!
