Approaching the last week of #genchat

This has been a fun Open Mic; kind of a #GenchatsCollide of so many of our past chats! Next time (Dec 12) is our last #genchat , an investment in our future: Genealogy Education Plans. I hope to see as many of you there as possible!

This reminds me that if I ever decided to do a #OnePlaceStudy , I'd probably pick the Nova Scotian town that many of my ancestors lived in. Lots of endogamy there! #genchat

Another itty-bitty micro-project was: my associate pastor mentioned how he didn't know much about his dad's side of the family. I just couldn't help myself! Meanwhile, I discovered we're 9th or 10th cousins! #genchat

For me, my church archive project is awaiting my doing more scanning. I'm hoping that next year I can make a good dent and maybe finish the scanning. #genchat
