The Tengah-Seletar line was by LTA. I've been guessing something like this would happen for a long time, but when it was announced, I just had to rush to make a map with stations/alignments/interchanges laid out. All speculation on my part & not official.

Shanghai Airport Connection Line under testing. The line is a mostly underground regional rail line connecting Shanghai's 2 airports (Pudong and Hongqiao) using regional trains in a 4+4 car configuration. The line has passing loops for other mainline rail trains to run into Pudong.
