Nine years after it was first proposed, Providence was still trying to work out building a 4 line subway. Would have gone to the Red Bridge, North Burial Ground, Olneyville, and Trinity Square. Imagine the city we would have now if there'd been a will to get it done 103 years ago.

This is big news: Sound Transit is proposing to launch a new overnight ST Express network, once Federal Way and East Link are both fully operational. There would be three routes: Everett-Seattle, Lakewood-SeaTac-Seattle, and Redmond-Seattle. Headways are still TBD, but expected to be around 30 min.
