In isolation, itās possible the Nazi tattoo, talking about both the right and left waking up to an elite conspiracy, and RTing a neo-Nazi were accidents. But to echo one Nazi may be regarded as a misfortune; to echo two looks like carelessness. To echo three looks like something more.

so many of the very first photos my parents took of me are taken in Iran. I was born in India, but lived in Iran, before during and after the Revolution. My father worked in a remote rural hospital for 8 years. These are real people, not the bogeymen of silly Hollywood films. Its always real people.

Kamala Harris promised "the most lethal military" in the world and said Iran was our greatest threat. After Israel struck Iran, Tim Walz said that we need "expand Israel and its proxies" in the VP debate. Schumer and Jeffries just worked to delay a war resolutions vote until after these strikes.

I find it a very strange compulsion to respond to horrific news by aiming vitriol at folks who opposed genocide. We are not here because some people had the moral decency to draw a line at genocide. We are here because not enough did. Kill the idea that fascism begins when its victims look like you

After sexual violence, it's victims who get punished the most. Victims who lose their jobs and have to leave their industries. Victims who lose their friends and support systems. Victims who lose their health and sanity. Perpetrators might lie low, sometimes, before being handed it all back.

If the left had split in such a way that Reform had got in it's nigh inevitable the media (and various Labour politicians!) would've reacted by saying this shows Labour need to tack right. Even though arguably it would have been the exact opposite! If nothing else a Green victory saved us from that.

We genuinely need a revival of virtue in the United States. In my view, thatās almost as critical a project as any other structural reform project necessary in the wake of trumpism. We should become a society that actually values human life such that we would feel shame about this.
