BTW: shooting last night in #Nashua near me appears to be actioned by a former employee of the restaurant who did not know any of the victims. Authorities have not divulged if the man had been fired. The fatality was a man who had recently bought a home with his wife near the country club.

I gave it a listen up until the "but" Rand goes on to say that no one has the right to employment (ok, true), and if you make "despicable" comments that go against codes of conduct etc... you get fired. Kimmel's comments were not despicable and not contrary to code of conduct short of censorship
