I’ll be running a midnight 5k under Christmas lights and I think that’s actually my kind of party

First real strength training session with Garmin and I’m a fan. Super easy to skip groups/sets, reps/weight are editable immediately after the exercise, super accommodating for at home equipment/bodyweight movements, AND you get demo videos for every exercise on the watch face.

I feel like the cloud cover was messing with my GPS bc I did not feel like I was moving that fast at all

My next half marathon isn’t til March, which gives me enough time to go through an actual training block. I’m trying Garmin Run Coach for this one and so far it feels like a blend of Runna + FitBod. I think it’s pretty neat for an included feature

This Tuesday feels like a Friday and I don’t like it 🫠

Anyone can become disabled. Anyone can become chronically ill. It’s not a choice. It’s not a moral failing. It’s not something you can “try harder” your way out of. You can be the healthiest person in the world & completely disabled in an instant. It’s a minority group you can join anytime.
