Bicycles for people with disbilities scheme gives five-euro return for every euro says charity A report into a programme that provides bicycles and trikes for people with disabilities, run by children's charity Variety, shows that for every euro the Government invests, it delivers a five-euro return. The Recycle Mobility Programme has provided financial assistance for hundreds of specially adapted mobility bicycles and trikes for children with disabilities who cannot use conventional bicycles.
