been in Japan for a week and a half and before you travel here three essentials: eSIM, a few but I’ve gone with Airolo; Suica metro train travel card, get it on your phone, all cities but not intercity and you can buy stuff with it in train stations, and the google translate app - essential.

My path is much bigger than what I give myself credit for. Sometimes things won’t come easy because of this, and I’m just learning to be okay with it.

I’m learning to keep my word to my self, to my growth and to my craft. The more I honor myself, the easier it becomes to follow a habit. Some days I will falter and fall off because I’m human, but the process involves the test of learning how to get back into rhythm.

My sister died the day after her 40th birthday due to extreme stress. She took a nap and never woke up. Nothing is gonna stress me out to that extent. Not a man, not a job, not these bills, and for damn sure not politics. I refuse. Stress kills. That’s the real advice for your 30s.
