Griff’s Place by Riley Hart is a small town friends to lovers M/M featuring a demi character. Though it’s the 4th in a series, I read it as a standalone and enjoyed it. The book is emotional but low angst—Griff and Josh really show up for each other.

Say You’ll Be Nine by Lucy Lennox is a forced proximity M/M about Nine, who agrees to do a sponsored home renovation YouTube show with his brother’s best friend, Cooper. Opposites attract and romance ensues. The spice here is pretty delightful, and there’s some decent demi rep.

Summer of Love by Lily Easton is a forced proximity M/M set during a straight reality dating show. It’s a slow burn with low spice. It features a bi awakening and a sweet happy ever after. The book works well, though the conclusion feels a bit too lowkey.
