This LBGT+ History Month, we celebrate a key chapter in UK history! In 2013, the overdue right to marriage equality was passed w/ overwhelming Labour support! There's more work to do, but we stand proudly with our Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Trans family, friends, and neighbours across the UK.

Last night, we held our very first big Quiz Night! It was our first major social and fundraiser of 2025, and we want to thank EVERYONE who came out and made an overwhelming success! You brought their best — truly a night to remember. Stay tuned, more to come! Faces blurred to maintain privacy.

Rooftop solar panels will play an essential role in achieving our net-zero targets, and I'm glad that so many members of the House were in attendance to debate such an important topic. I will follow this topic closely, offering my support to increase our ability to generate renewable energy!

Typical of the Conservatives, refusing to back our plans to protect renters!

Thanks to Bucks Fire & Rescue for welcoming me to the station! The teams do a wonderful job of keeping the community safe. I really like their emphasis on risk assessment & prevention as much as response. We’re lucky to have an Urban Search and Rescue team based here too, with a national remit.

Following my discussion with business owners & Aylesbury Town Council last month, I raised with the Leader of the House the need to tackle anti-social behaviour & promote respectful behaviour in our town. I was pleased to hear her confirm this will be covered in the upcoming Crime & Policing Bill.

I was proud to vote for the Children's Wellbeing and Schools Bill in Parliament today. The political games by the Conservatives & Reform are a distraction; disrespectful and dangerous. I spoke about the Bill's important measures to protect children & support children living in poverty.

Reform only want to demonise migrants. They do not care about violence against women and girls.

Today, I spoke in Parliament during the ‘Tackling violence against women and girls’ debate. I shared my own experience and the deeply moving stories of my constituents. Together, we must break the silence, challenge abuse, and work toward a future free from fear and violence.

Just in from mammoth interview session to two bits of news. One that a DV perp got locked up because of something I did and that a vulnerable constituent had a a massive wrongful debt written off after our intervention. This is why I came to politics, this is why I'll just keep cracking on.

And not a single Reform MP in the chamber, despite all this sudden concern for victims and noise over a national inquiry…
