Today marks an important historical moment as our government formally recognises the State of Palestine 🇵🇸 We held an event in Parliament alongside Ambassador Dr. Husam Zomlot حسام زملط to commemorate this occasion.

Tonight I voted to deliver the biggest upgrade to worker’s rights in a generation. Tonight, I voted the Employment Rights Bill through to protect workers and to ensure employees are treated fairly, which is more than can be said for opposition parties.

It was good to check out Whalley's Woodland Walk today! A new contemplative space in Little Lever at Moses Gate Country Park to stop, have a breather and reflect. Green spaces are so important for our mental health, and I’m really pleased to see what the team have been able to deliver.
