Rest Update: SUCCESS. Took last night as a night of rest and quiet enjoyment. I went to bed early and got a good night’s sleep. Feeling much better today. Taking it easy these next few days - and trying to keep my weekend mostly quiet.

Often I overextend. When that happens I have moment like this one. I am past tired, to the point of exhaustion. I am overstimulated, but need to restore my environment so it is nurturing instead of chaos. Looking back on my time away from work. I should have set aside more time for rest.
