Weird shit I think to myself “my toes feel faint.” Like??? What does that mean except I feel like I’m about to pass out but I feel it in my toes!!! That makes no damn sense. Don’t worry I’m laying down I can’t pass out if I’m horizontal.

The only symptoms I don’t have for paresis are vomiting and weight loss—but I’m reading sometimes it presents with weight gain. But my constant lack of appetite, bloating, nausea and pain would be explained this way AND it’s part of the PENTAD syndrome I probably have

Pretty sure I definitely have a gut motility issue because after weeks of feeling bloated and not needing to go, my body is now on hour 10 of intestinal destruction. It’s a pain unlike my normal kind and it’s exhausting and I’m really tired of having this particular body.
