I’m not a police fan but I’m trying to articulate a difference. A police arrest does not end until the target is in custody or has fully escaped under their own power. The Boys aren’t going to just say “ahh forget it,” period. That’s how you know that these ICE guys are not cops or anything legit.

Despite my initial "yeah, it's solid, I guess" reaction, CrossWorlds has definitely grown on me big time. Whether it could ever beat Mario Kart 8 would need some deep analysis and introspection, but it's definitely bordering on holding it's ground with Mario Kart World for me now.

Despite my grumblings about tickets earlier, I do really like the teamplay mechanics in CrossWorld's festival races. Moment to moment choosing between optimal racing vs focusing on the secondary objective to increase your chances of getting the bonus later as backup for a bad result is fun.

Yeah, hope they increase these rewards coz I just did a GP offline and earned 81 tickets. Did 4 races in the festival and earned... 0 tickets, coz we came 3rd every time so I didn't even breach the 100 point requirement for a 60 ticket reward lol. Festivals aren't useful for grinding tickets at all.

Now I've reached 1000 Festival points in CrossWorlds, bit disappointing to see the ticket grinding process is 60 per 100 points. It takes about 3-4 races to do 100 points - I feel like you can get an average of 20 tickets in most offline races anyway.

This might be an extremely hot take but Rosalina's story book in Galaxy... is not that good? I've always felt this. It's very sweet, the art & the vibes are immaculate. But the story is not well structured or written to me, without the game, half of it would make no bloody sense whatsoever lol.
