Head Buster was released 35 years ago today. Its box art is an early example of digitally drawn illustration. Winds in-house artist Satoshi Nakai used an X68000 at the time to draw illustrations for Mega Drive Fan and games such as Gynoug, Sword Maniac and Head Buster.
