Further work on this. Added some proper material & albedo treatment, and redid the wrinkling appearing near depressions to work with a blurred depth delta texture. I was also able to use that depth delta texture for some UV-space ambient occlusion, which helps sell it a ton in first person.

I was talking to someone about this. This scene is built on the backs of women but when it comes to the "big players" it still seems like a "boy's club" a lot of the time. Not one any of us transmascs are invited to, but that's okay I wouldn't want to be in it anyway.

If anyone is getting smacked with this - just use deer.social or another alternate client. Bsky is just an AT Protocol Client, and your Bsky account is an AT Protocol account - you can use your same Bsky account thru another AT Protocol Client, no migration or loss necessary. Could not be easier.

In all seriousness though, I think this community needs to have a real conversation about monetization. As much as this community runs on goodwill and friendship, when you get to a certain size and start doing IRL things, that /does/ cost money. I can see the line, but it's blurry, and that's hard.

I thought this was just a backend for Sanctum and was confused by its branding. Now I sadly understand. When Muzz got too busy for Sanctum he should've let it sleep peacefully with the good memories we had of it. This sucks.
