I would like the record to show that while my son said 'fuck' for the first time on the way home, he was repeating my wife and not me.

My FIL has a three foot Enterprise model hanging in the basement.

My dad's brother has been in the hospital the last few days and they've expected him to die any minute for about a week. My dad's not close to his family so I've only seen him a handful of times outside of Christmases, Thanksgivings, and Easters. Anyway, here's the one funny story I have about it.

My son listened to a NumberBlocks song about doubling grains of rice every day. I showed him how to use a formula in a spreadsheet to calculate it and he thinks his old man is pretty smart now.

Update - FIL is taking multiple naps a day and roadwork has made getting to their house a huge pain in the ass but MIL is hellbent on Christmas as usual.
